Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact us at (586) 948-7246. If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the &ldquot;Appointment Request” option from the menu above. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly to confirm scheduling.
Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call us to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Doctor Todd is a fantastic chiropractor. I have seen him since the beginning of my car accident and he has helped with navigating both the challenges presented by the insurance company and the pain that came as a direct result of accident. His office staff is friendly and the late hours allow flexibility to get in and be seen on multiple days during the week.

Dr. Todd Kleinstein D.C. founded Chesterfield Family Chiropractic Center P.C. in April of 2000 after leaving one of Michigan's largest chiropractic practices, Gregg Family Chiropractic Center. "Dr. Todd" has grown Chesterfield Family Chiropractic Center into a preeminent chiropractic practice with two busy locations while maintaining a committed and caring one on one relationship with his patients.
